KBL European Private Bankers (KBL epb), the parent of Brown Shipley, has named Bill Street as its new group CIO, replacing Stefan Van Geyt.
Street joins from State Street Global Advisors, where he was the CIO for EMEA operations.
He worked for more than 10 years at State Street Global Advisors, where he managed over €500bn in assets.
In his 25-year long financial career, he also had stints at UniCredit, Bankgesellschaft Berlin, Commerzbank, Banque Indosuez as well as J.P. Morgan.
Geyt, who has been working at KBL epb since 2013, will now serve as the group head of investment products and services at the firm.
Previously, he was the director of investments for Belgium at BNP Paribas Fortis.
