KBL European Private Bankers (KBL epb), a private bank based in Luxembourg, has named ex-UBS Wealth Management head Jürg Zeltner as its new group CEO.
Zeltner will succeed Peter Vandekerckhove and join the company’s board.
Vandekerckhove will also retain his board seat.
At the same time, Vandekerckhove will continue to sit on the board of the group’s Belgian unit Puilaetco Dewaay.
Additionally, KBL epb has appointed Jakob Stott as CEO of wealth management and executive committee member.
Stott too joins from UBS Wealth Management, where he latterly was vice-chairman and previously headed the Europe business.

The appointments are pending regulatory nod.
In the new roles, Zeltner and Stott will manage key investments.
