JTC, an institutional and private client service provider, has completed the acquisition of New Amsterdam Cititrust (NACT), a Dutch trust company.
The companies have not disclosed the financial terms of the deal, which was announced in April 2017.

Set up in 1981, NACT offers various corporate and administration services such as company formation, corporate management, administration, accounting, financial reporting as well as legal and secretarial services.
Former NACT managing director Edmond Hartsuiker has now assumed the role of managing director for Netherlands at JTC.
