The agreement was signed in London on 18 July 2011 by Michael Zantovsky, the Czech Ambassador and the then Treasury Minister, Anne Craine MHK.

The Isle of Man ratified the agreement at the December 2011 sitting of Tynwald and the Czech Republic Embassy in London has now confirmed that the Czech Republic has completed its ratification procedures.
The Isle of Man has signed a total of 31 agreements which meet OECD standards; 26 TIEAs and additionally 5 Double Taxation Agreements, including agreements with 7 out of the world’s 10 major economies. More specifically, it has done so with all of the top 5 global economies – US, China, Japan, India and Germany.
