Lawson Conner, an IQ-EQ Group company providing specialist UK regulatory hosting and outsourced compliance services, has announced the internal appointment of Rachel Aldridge as managing director of the firm.
Reporting to John Legrand, managing director of IQ-EQ’s UK and Ireland division, Aldridge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations whilst also executing strategic initiatives and ensuring consistent delivery of client service.
Aldridge has worked in the industry for more than 25 years, with expertise across funds and compliance, leading corporate service functions, developing and implementing strategy and general management.
Commenting on her appointment, Aldridge said: “It is an exciting time to be joining Lawson Conner as they expand and fortify their specialist offering to a worldwide client base and become an increasingly integral part of the wider IQ-EQ business.”
An ever-growing network, IQ-EQ had a strong year of acquisitions across 2020, snapping up US-based Constellation Advisers and Blue River, alongside French firm Conseil Expertise & Synthese.
The investor services firm also launched a family office division in June 2020 to support the cross-border requirements placed on family offices by UHNW families when protecting and growing capital.
