App Invstr has launched its Invstr Academy, an interactive and gamified learning experience. The aim is to train total beginners to become confident investors.
First-time investors can gain investing knowledge through the mobile experience. Through the Invstr app, Invstr Academy has ten modules, each with practical information. Furthermore, the advice is in easy-to-understand and relatable language.

The first two modules are free. However, the rest of the Academy is part of Invstr Premium and users pay $3.99 monthly for access.
There are 85 lessons in total and the syllabus provides education on how to get started to understanding financial markets.
Developed by Invstr CEO Kerim Derhalli, the app contains insight from his over 30 years of investment banking experience.
In addition, there are quizzes at the end of each module with in-game trophies as rewards. Further lessons are planned.
Confidence can also be built play playing Fantasy Finance, a virtual portfolio management game with cash prizes.
Derhalli said: “Investing is for everyone, but for too long its opportunity have been hidden behind a screen of misunderstanding and lack of investing confidence. As the Invstr experience has continued to evolve and grow, tackling the issue of investing education and demystifying what can be a complex subject matter has been a big priority for us. Invstr is based in London, Istanbul and Austin. Founded in 2013, it hopes to break down barriers and help users become better investors. The app is available onboth iOS and Android devices.
