Investcorp, a provider and manager of alternative investment products, has appointed Tony Robinson its new CFO, effective 1 July 2015.
Current CFO Rishi Kapoor, who has been with the firm since 1992, will assume responsibility as co-CEO together with Mohammed Al-Shroogi, who is currently president of Gulf Business, the company said.

Robinson, who was with Investcorp for 14 years until 2008, is re-joining the firm from Bahrain Mumtalakat – where he was responsible for the finance and treasury functions as CFO.
Robinson has more than 25 years of experience across Australia, the UK and Bahrain.
Investcorp chairman Nemir Kirdar said: "We are pleased with Tony’s decision to rejoin Investcorp as chief financial officer. His deep knowledge of the firm will ensure a smooth transition of leadership. At the same time, Tony will bring a fresh perspective based on the experience he gained from working with a large sovereign investment institution."
