Stein, who joins from Deutsche Asset Management, will report to Invesco head of marketing David Bower.

At Deutsche Asset Management, Stein was responsible to lead EMEA marketing for the active business and the firm’s academic foundation, which focuses on the development of research-based marketing programmes for institutional investors.

Bower said: "His expertise across Europe’s core institutional markets will allow us to develop thought leadership programmes that provide clients with a wide range of perspectives and research, helping them to continue to develop ideas and solutions to address their wider financial requirements."
