INDOS Financial, an alternative investment fund depositary and oversight service provider, has established a new operations centre in Fareham, Hampshire.
The new facility, which will serve as the firm’s core operational hub, marks the second location for INDOS in the UK. The firm’s first UK office is in London, which serves as its headquarters.
The firm said that the expansion was triggered by “continued strong demand for the company’s services” in the market.
The selection of Fareham is said to be driven by the availability of skilled employees, and good transport links to London and the Channel Islands, where the firm’s clients are located.
The new location will offer depositary oversight over private equity as well as real estate funds.
It will be headed by Emily Mackay, who has spent over 12 years in accounting and audit roles.
