London-based Heptagon Capital has expanded its Irish Ucits platform range by launching two new global equity funds domiciled in Dublin.

The two new strategies made available to European investors are Oppenheimer Global Focus Equity fund and Kopernik Global All-Cap Equity fund.

It is reported that Oppenheimer Global Focus Equity fund will be managed by Randy Dishmon, while Kopernik Global All-Cap Equity fund will be managed by Dave Iben of US-based Kopernik Global Investors.

Dishmon will focus on durable businesses with structural long-term growth prospects, while also putting an emphasis on market timing.

Iben and his team will take a bottom-up fundamental approach, focusing on undervalued and unloved stocks.

Tarek Mooro, CEO and managing partner of Heptagon, said: "We are extremely pleased to have brought two such high quality investment managers to the Ucits market.

"In line with our philosophy of identifying high-conviction, benchmark agnostic, outperforming managers, we feel very confident that these funds will significantly reward stakeholders over the coming years."
