British investment manager Hargreaves Lansdown has appointed Chris Hill as its new CEO and Philip Johnson as its new CFO.
Hill, currently the company’s deputy CEO and CFO, will replace Ian Gorham who is set to step down from his role at around 8 February after the company issues its interim results.
Johnson, who will replace Hill as CFO, most recently served as CFO at Jupiter Fund Management. He will take over the new role on 20 February.
