UK-based GWM Investment Management has acquired a stake in Optimus Capital, a local discretionary investment management firm.
Optimus works with institutions, charities and private clients, delivering bespoke portfolio services and private placements. The firm is headed by Martin Newson.
The size of the stake acquired or the financial terms of the transaction were not revealed.
