Guggenheim Investments, the asset management and investment advisory arm of Guggenheim Partners, has appointed Jerry Miller as its new president.
Miller will be based in the firm’s New York office for the new role.
Miller previously served as head of asset and wealth management for Americas at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, he worked as president and CEO at Van Kampen Investments.
Commenting on the new appointment, Guggenheim Partners CEO Mark Walter said: “Jerry is a highly respected executive with extensive management experience who possesses a deep understanding of all facets of leadership and of the asset management business, and we are excited to have him join us.”
