GCG Wealth Management, which manages more than $1bn of client assets, has boosted in footprint its North Carolina by opening its second office in Greensboro.

It will be GCG Wealth Management’s seventh offices across Florida, Louisiana, and the Carolinas.

The new branch will employ a team of up to 12 financial advisors, of which five have recently joined the firm from Wells Fargo Private Client Group.

Spanning across 7,000ft² of space, the new branch will provide in-person and digital meeting capabilities, client accessible technology platforms for 24/7 monitoring, among others.

GCG Wealth Management president, managing partner and financial advisor Joel Burris said: “The expansion to Greensboro was a natural next step for us, and we are excited to offer the Greensboro community an amazing team of advisors dedicated to helping them achieve long-term financial success.

“Our advisors are well respected in the community. We believe it’s important to find advisors who wake up every morning enthusiastic about working with their clients.”

Burris added that the company will also launch new programmes to support advisors to completely focus on their clients.
