Vista Wealth Management Group, a partner firm of Focus Financial Partners, has agreed to acquire Oregon-based Hines & Warner Wealth Management.

The acquisition is said to be Vista’s first since becoming a Focus member last year.
Vista has presence in Palo Alto, which serves as its base, along with San Francisco, Pleasanton, Santa Monica and Scottsdale.
