Investment executives Christopher Hilbert and R. Kyle Winning have introduced a new boutique advisory firm, which will specialise in the development of creative capital solutions.
Dubbed 3G Capital Advisors, the new entity’s investment strategies will mainly cover real estate portfolios in secondary and tertiary markets of America.
Initially, the business will focus on investment opportunities through joint ventures in the $35m to $50m range.
Hilbert will lead the business as its CEO, while Winning will be its president and chief strategist.
The pair previously worked at Steadfast Companies. During his stint of over 12 years at Steadfast, Hilbert held various senior positions including CIO and president.
Winning served as the principal and managing director of the multifamily arm of Steadfast Companies and its CIO.
