Jerry Nigro, a former managing director and investment adviser at Robertson Stephens, has left the firm to launch a new independent financial advisory firm named Claybrook Capital in partnership with Dynasty Financial Partners.
Based in Boston, Claybrook will serve wealthy individuals, families, and foundations.
Nigro previously spent seven years at UBS as a senior vice president and senior portfolio manager, and eight years at The Goldman Sachs Group.
He will be supported by Virginia Madden, who too joins from Robertson Stephen as managing director at Claybrook.
Dynasty will offer analytics and operational support for Claybrook.
“We are looking forward to working with our clients with the goal of maximizing their after-tax returns with an acceptable level of risk – with minimal conflicts. Working with Dynasty Financial Partners, we are positioning our new wealth management firm for future expansion,” Nigro said.
