Bank of America’s former Virginia president and Richmond market head Gary Gore has opened his own investment advisory firm in Richmond, Virginia.
The newly launched firm, known as ACIMA Private Wealth, will offer a range of services, including financial planning, investment management, family wealth services and private banking.
The firm has six members team. Gore will be joined by Ardavan Mobasheri, former chief economist of American International Group (AIG), and Tanya Orr Bird, former senior investment strategist for the Greater Virginia region at Wells Fargo Private Bank.
Mobasheri has joined the firm as managing director and chief investment officer, while Bird as managing director and senior investment manager.
Additionally, Matt Williams has been appointed as vice president and wealth advisor, Theresa Muller will act as chief compliance officer and Pete Shrock as life advisor
