Poland HNWI – asset allocations

Poland is seen by foreign players as the core emerging European wealth management market, with GDP per capita growing by 35%, from US$11,209 in 2007 to US$15,146 in 2012. Polish HNWI numbers rose by a strong 11.8% in 2012. The largest proportion of Polish HNWIs (34%) are aged between 51 and 60 years. The average age of HNWIs in Poland is 55 years – slightly below the global average of 58 years.

In 2012, equities were the largest asset class for HNWIs in Poland (31% of total HNWI assets), followed by business interests (24.8%), real estate (19.0%), fixed income (14.3%), cash (6.8%) and alternatives (4.6%). View more data or Buy full report
