Equiom, a trust and corporate services provider, has named Richard Sayers as the managing director for Equiom Fiduciary Services in Singapore.
Sayers will replace Angelo Venardos, who will assume the role of chairman of the board.

Sayers will manage the overall performance of the business and ensure that its activity aligns with the strategy of the group.
Prior to joining Equiom, Sayers worked at Enhance Group, which he co-founded in 2005.
