Ecobank Ghana has unveiled a new premier banking service aimed at offering personalized banking services that suit individual needs of customers.

Dubbed as Ecobank Premier Banking, the service targets HNW customers of the bank and seeks to provide tailored deposit, cash management and credit products and services, customized to individual circumstances, needs and wealth goals.

The product will cater a broad range of financial needs including investment advisory services customized to individual wealth plans.

Also, Ecobank will also provide a range of wealth management services, including portfolio management, investment advice and stockbroking services.

Issued with Premier Banking Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cards, the service is characterized with the hiring of dedicated relationship manager as primary point of contact providing seven days a week (24/7) financial advisory service to Premier Banking customers and their family.

Additionally, Premier Banking customers will be delivered with a range of multi- currency savings and lending products with preferential rates as well as special Platinum cards with full insurance protection.

Furthermore, the solution will offer customers a range of lifestyle benefits, including preferential airline and hotel rates and unparalleled rewards from luxury retailers across the world.

Sam Adjei, managing director of Ecobank Ghana, said that the bank also has a team of wealth management specialists to help customers to meet their needs, not only in Ghana, but also across its branch network in 36 countries.
