Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management arm of French banking group Credit Agricole, has renamed Credit Agricole Private Banking Services (CA-PBS) as Azqore.
Azqore’s creation follows a strategic review that started in 2016 and consultation with employees, clients and industry specialists.
CA-PBS was set up in Switzerland in 1992 and currently manages CHF150bn in assets. The unit has offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Singapore, and tends to 30 private banks across 11 countries.
Azqore, which will serve as an independent subsidiary of Indosuez, offers integrated technology services, operational back office and project consultancy through its S2i platform.
The business recently upgraded its S2i platform in cooperation with long-term partner Capgemini. The upgrade launches new languages, tools, as well as working methods.
Azqore CEO Pierre Dulon said: “With its 25 years of experience, Azqore is well positioned to be the go-to partner for private banks and wealth managers which have a need for digital and operational transformation.
