France-based Crédit Agricole Private Banking (CAPB) has appointed Olivier Livenais as new chief executive in Miami replacing Mathieu Ferragut.

Additionally, Ferragut has been appointed as new head of the Latin America region. In his new role, Ferragut will manage and coordinate Crédit Agricole’s private banking business in South America.

Livenais has moved to Crédit Agricole Private Banking as a finance, risk and strategy manager in 2007. From the creation of the holding company in November 2011, he has served as the finance and supervision director.

Prior to joining Crédit Agricole, Livenais has worked at Société Générale, initially as the firm’s organizational project manager.

erragut has begun his career with at Crédit Lyonnais Singapore in 1996 as information systems project leader and later promoted as as chief operating officer of Crédit Lyonnais Private Banking Asia.
