CogniCor, a provider of AI-driven digital assistants for the financial sector, has upgraded its Wealth Co-Pilot platform by integrating the Insight Engine tool.
The proprietary Insight Engine tool is aimed at enhancing personalisation and efficiency in financial advisory services.
This addition to CogniCor’s Wealth Co-Pilot platform, known for streamlining back-office operations for financial advisors, allows users to tap all of the platform’s data to provide highly tailored financial solutions on a large scale, reported Alternatives Watch.
CogniCor founder and CEO Dr Sindhu Joseph said: “This solution is designed to empower financial advisors to maximise client engagement while reducing repetitive, non-accretive tasks, but more importantly, can take all this information and deliver actionable insights for advisors to use directly with clients.
“The integration of the Insight Engine helps advisors put their finger on the client’s pulse and better understand what they want based on all available client information to deliver personalised client services, portfolio management and risk assessment at scale.”
The platform’s integration with existing CRM systems and technology stacks allows for the automation of essential tasks such as meeting preparation, note-taking, follow-up actions, form filling, and customer call resolution.
Insight Engine provides advisors with comprehensive insights into client needs, facilitating a smoother transition between functions within the Co-Pilot.
Earlier this year, CogniCor launched its Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service-enabled enterprise-ready digital assistants for the wealth management and insurance industries.
Palo Alto, California-based CogniCor is a venture-funded fintech company. It is focused on using AI solutions to accelerate productivity and growth for wealth management companies, insurance businesses and other financial services companies.
