Citi has launched a digital financial planning tool for its Citigold clients, which aims to offer goals-based advice.
Dubbed Citi Wealth Advisor, the new solution will enable clients to build a Confidence Score.
Through the score, clients can gauge their success chances and the solutions required to boost their initiatives.
Following this plan in real-time, financial advisers or relationship managers can adjust investments depending on the changes in their client’s needs.
The solution has been designed to chalk out “what if” scenarios. These scenarios incorporate controllable elements including increasing savings or adjusting retirement dates and uncontrollable events like market downturns and inflation.
Citi Personal Wealth Management head of wealth planning Chuck Cavanaugh said: “Understanding and preparing for these risks to retirement can be very reassuring.
