Citi Private Bank has named Tracey Brophy Warson head of Citi Private Bank in North America.
Previously Western Region market manager for the group in North America, Warson succeeds Peter Charrington, who was recently named global head of Citi Private Bank. Warson will report to Charrington and be based in New York.

Warson has nearly 30 years of experience working with ultra high net worth individuals, families and institutions.
She has repeatedly been named one of "The Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business" by the San Francisco Business Times.
