Citi Private Bank has expanded its Preferred Custody and Escrow group on the West coast.
Luda Semenova and Raafat Sarkis have joined the firm as directors, based in Los Angeles and San Francisco respectively, and will both report to Kerry Gibson, Western region market manager.

Semenova joins from Wells Fargo in Los Angeles where she most recently held the position of vice president of corporate trust services. Sarkis joins Citi from Wells Fargo also, but from its San Francisco office where he was also vice president of corporate trust services.
