Citi Private Bank has hired Kristen Bitterly Michell as head of investment counseling for the east region of the US.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading investment services for UNHW customers.
Based in New York, she will report to North America investments counselors head Jonathan Leach.
Prior to the new role, Michell served as capital markets head of structured solutions at the bank, where she led product specialists that provided UNHW investors with cross asset derivative strategies, bespoke structured products and hedging and liquidity strategies.
Michell joined Citi from Credit Suisse, where she led structured product sales to Latin American investors. She also served at JPMorgan.
Commenting on the appointment, Leach said: “Kristen brings nearly two decades of industry experience and expertise in investments. Her team leadership and client coverage will further elevate our client franchise.”
