Citi Private Bank has named Ed Riley as the new head of equities for its Americas business.
Based in New York, Riley will manage both the equities operations and the structured solutions business in the Americas.
He will report to the firm’s capital markets head for the Americas Kristen Bitterly Michell.
Riley most recently served as the managing director and head of capital markets product/platform structuring and origination within the global wealth and investment management unit at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
“We are delighted that Ed has joined our team. He has nearly twenty years of experience in markets and his deep expertise in equities will greatly complement the broader work that we’ve done to enhance our client offering,” Michell stated.
