China Finance Online has signed a cooperation agreement with China Investment Securities (CISC), a Shenzhen-based investment bank and brokerage firm, to develop intelligent finance technology for investment advisory services.
CISC, founded in 2005, is a subsidiary of China International Capital Corporation (CICC). The company currently operates across 28 provinces and employs over 3,700 staff.

Under the agreement, China Finance Online will offer its proprietary cloud-based software products for CISC’s investment advisory and wealth management services.
The two companies will also conduct co-branded events and co-developed training programmes for CISC’s wealth advisers.
China Finance Online CEO and chairman Zhiwei Zhao said: “We firmly believe that technology empowerment will unlock the potential of financial advisors and wealth management professionals for the large equity capital market in China.”
