British wealth manager Charles Stanley has expanded into Northern Ireland by launching an office in Belfast.
The new office launch expands the firm’s UK-wide office count to 27.
Charles Stanley managing director of financial planning Andrew Meigh said: “This new office now gives Charles Stanley overall coverage of the UK for the first time.
“It follows on from our successful office opening in Glasgow earlier in the month and demonstrates delivery of our continued growth plans.
“Belfast has been highlighted as one of the UK’s fastest-growing financial services hubs and we see significant opportunity there.”
The Belfast location will be staffed by a new team.

The pair most recently worked at Tilney as financial planners.
Price spent three years at Tilney while Torney’s tenure at the firm spanned over eight years.
At Tilney, Price focussed on HNW clients.
She specialises in personal injury and court of protection, charities and trustees, among others.
Torney focussed on a range of areas such as financial cashflow modelling, inheritance tax and estate planning, retirement income generation and investment solutions at Tilney.
In the new role, the duo will report to executive director of financial planning in Edinburgh John Redpath.
At present, Charles Stanley is looking to hire more financial planners.
