Wealth management firm Cerity Partners has merged with California-based Brouwer & Janachowski in a move that would expand its capabilities and West Coast reach.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Established in 2009, Cerity Partners provides financial advice and oversight to its private and corporate clients.
These include estate, tax, financial, and compensation and benefit planning, retirement plan advisory, tax preparation, personal financial administration, and investment management services.
Brouwer & Janachowski is a boutique wealth and investment management firm with clients across the San Francisco Bay Area and greater west coast region.
