British wealth manager Brown Shipley has named Paul Ryder-Morris as the client director for its London office.

Ryder-Morris will be tasked with developing and managing the firm’s new client relationships.

He has an experience of two decades in the industry, which includes stints as a private banker at HSBC Private Bank and Barclays Wealth and Investment Management.

Brown Shipley head of private banking Guy Healey said: “Paul’s appointment comes at an important time for the London office, as we continue to drive positive momentum and grow our presence in the capital and across the South.”

The latest appointment follows multiple senior hires made by the firm since the start of the year. This includes the appointments of the firm’s product and proposition head Michael Pos and lending head Richard Stubbs, both newly created positions.
