With effect from 1 May 2024, Roz Smith has been named chief operating officer of Broadridge International by global fintech company Broadridge Financial Solutions.
Based in London, Smith will collaborate closely with Mike Sleightholme, president of Broadridge International, to expand and grow the company globally while providing a high standard of customer support in the Asia Pacific and EMEA areas.

In order to achieve innovative levels of operational productivity and efficiency, Smith’s primary responsibility in her position will be to scale and streamline the Broadridge International business.
Furthermore, to managing programmes and overseeing implementation procedures, Smith will be in charge of making sure that the organisational structures at the national and regional levels are strong.
She will contribute to the expansion of best practices throughout departments, business divisions, and regions along with a unified strategy for meeting customer demands through more comprehensive, sector-specific solutions.
Moreover, Smith held executive positions at HSBC for a period of 18 years prior to joining Broadridge.
