BMO Global Asset Management has named Fadi Khoury as the executive director and head of its Middle East and North Africa (MENA) business.

Based in Abu Dhabi, he will focus on institutional investors in Gulf countries such as sovereign wealth funds, multilayered organisations, pension funds and central banks. He will also be responsible for expanding the firm’s business with family offices, banks, insurance firms and wealth managers.

He will report to the firm’s head of client management for EMEA Mandy Mannix in the new role.

Khoury joined BMO Global Asset Management in July 2017. He previously served as managing director for institutional clients in the Middle East at Amundi.

“Fadi’s appointment affirms our commitment to the region and most importantly to our clients. He joins BMO Global Asset Management as we look to enhance the relationships already established in the region, as well as build new ones. Fadi will be pivotal in promoting our highly diversified choice of investment solutions to clients across the region,” Mannix said.
