Donald Gershuny has joined as a managing director and general counsel, Americas and Peter Reynolds as a managing director and chief risk officer, Americas.
Gershuny has more than 40 years of experience in financial services including 34 years at Merrill Lynch. Most recently, he served as general counsel for Global Wealth Management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Reynolds joined Barclays Wealth with banking and regulatory experience, focused on risk. For the past three years, he served as head of Regulatory Risk and Compliance for RBS Americas.
Previous to that, Reynolds served at Citigroup for a 10 years in several risk positions including global head of Risk and Control for the private bank. Earlier in his career, he served in the US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as a credit examiner supervising major US banks.
