Barclays Wealth Management has appointed Richard Kirkham, David Firth, Catherine Makin, Richard Lindop, Andrea Charge and Alison Probert to strengthen its Leeds business.
The six executives will become part of the firm’s 27-member North East team, which is led by regional director Nick Keenan.
Of the new appointments, four have been poached from rival firms. They include Kirkham who most recently served at Redmayne Bentley and Lindop who previously worked at Investec Wealth and Investment.
Similarly, Charge and Firth join from Coutts and Tilney, respectively.
Probert, who joined Barclays Wealth Management six years ago, will now join the North West team as a director. She previously managed HNW clients at the North West unit.
Makin joined Barclays Wealth three months ago, and has previously authored the Pension Transfer and Planning Advice workbook.
