Barclays has named Savvas Constantinou as new country director of Cyprus succeeding Hans Wolff, who has assumed a new role at Barclays HQ in London.

In his new role, Constantinou will be oversee the corporate and intermediary business in Cyprus and will report to Neil Jenkin, director at Barclays.

Constantinou joined Barclays branch in Cyprus in 2010.

Jenkin said: "With a wealth of knowledge acquired from various banking roles in international and investment banking, Savvas has extensive experience of managing and leading successful teams and working with clients. His promotion is also testimony to the quality and depth of the internal talent pool at Barclays."
