Barclays has launched its mobile banking application for UK high net worth clients to manage their personal bank accounts on the go.
Tha app, Barclays Mobile Banking, is a smart phone application that has been rolled out to retail and business banking customers and will now be available to all UK high net worth private banking clients. The app is available for iPhone, Blackberry, Android or Windows Smart-phone or iPad.
The launch follows the news that Barclays’ innovative voice biometrics system, and will be extended to Barclays’ corporate and retail customers by early 2015.
With the new application, clients will be able to check their personal bank accounts on-the-go, plus other Barclays’ services, such as overdrafts and existing mortgages. They will also be able to transfer money and pay bills quickly and easily.
