Dorfmeister reports to Aris Prepoudis, head of Institutional Clients & Wholesale at Bank Sarasin & Co, who acted as interim manager of this business over the last few months.
The new head of Institutional & Wholesale International, Dorfmeister, comes to Sarasin from Falcon Private Bank in Zurich/Vienna. He has many years of experience in portfolio management, investment consulting and asset management for institutional clients.

From 2002 to 2009 Dorfmeister was CEO of AIG Financial Services in Vienna. He began his career in the Capital Markets department of Investmentbank Austria, before changing to the Treasury department of Bank Austria.
He has also held management posts with Merrill Lynch and Raiffeisen KAG in Vienna.
Prepoudis said they are delighted to welcome on board Marius Dorfmeister, a highly experienced expert with a broad network of contacts and excellent management skills.
