The Bank of East Asia (China) (BEA China) has opened a new branch in Fuzhou.
The new branch will deliver a broad range of banking and wealth management services to clients.
The Fuzhou branch will provide domestic and foreign-invested corporate customers a range of banking and financial solutions in Renminbi and foreign currencies, including customer deposits, short, medium, and long-term loans, bills acceptance and discounting.
Additionally, it will also offer trading of government bonds, financial bonds and other securities (except equities), documentary credit and bank guarantees, remittance and settlement as well as credit search and consulting services.
BEA China currently operates 28 branches in the country including the new Fuzhou Branch in Fujian Province.
Following the move, BEA will close its Fuzhou representative office in the coming future.
