Nicholas Firth has been named as the emerging markets investment bank’s head of fixed income sales, Americas. Firth has been selling and trading debt in emerging markets for over three decades.

For more than 28 years, he was employed by JPMorgan in both London and New York as a senior salesman for emerging markets debt.

Firth has a thorough understanding of the liquidity of EM sovereign and corporate bonds, which is enhanced by his strong fundamental credit skills.

Since relocating to New York in 2005, he has gained a thorough understanding of the institutional clientele in the United States.

Moreover, Firth has demonstrated during his career that he is capable of carrying out sizeable deals in all areas of the EM capital structure, including as loans, senior and subordinated debt, private placements, promissory notes, and distressed assets.
