Banca Generali has appointed Domenico Del Borrello as the new head of its private banking division, effective from the beginning of October.
Before joining Banca Generali, Del Borrello was a well-known international professional in the asset and wealth management business, having worked at BlackRock in Italy since 2007.
Del Borrello will be directly reporting to co-director general Gian Maria Mossa, who recently joined Generali after 7 years at Fideuram, and will also coordinate the private banking networks.
The appointment of Del Borrello is a further step for Banca Generali’s CEO Piermario Motta in providing a young team of specialists for the new structure of the private banking group.
