Arbuthnot Latham, the private banking unit of Arbuthnot Banking Group, has appointed Andrew Salmon as its new CEO.
Salmon joined the board of Arbuthnot Banking Group in March 2004. He replaces Ian Henderson who stepped down from his role due to personal reasons.
Salmon also serves as the group COO and head of business development, roles he will continue to hold.
In his new role, which is effective immediately, he will be supported by deputy CEOs James Cobb and Stephen Fletcher.
Cobb, who joined the group in October 2008, will assume the new responsibility while retaining his existing role of group finance director.
Fletcher has been working at Arbuthnot Latham since September 2015, and set up the bank’s commercial banking unit.
