Hong Kong-based wealth manager Amicorp Group has completed the acquisition of Jason s.a.m, a corporate management and fiduciary services provider based in Monaco.
Following the deal, Amicorp will fully integrate Jason with the entity being renamed Amicorp (Monaco).
The acquisition provides Jason with an international platform to serve its international clientele.
Through the deal, Jason will offer Amicorp the local knowledge through their Monaco office and in turn Jason will have full access to Amicorp’s global network and its knowledge and experience.
