Hong Kong-based wealth manager Amicorp Group has completed the acquisition of Jason s.a.m, a corporate management and fiduciary services provider based in Monaco.

Following the deal, Amicorp will fully integrate Jason with the entity being renamed Amicorp (Monaco).

The acquisition provides Jason with an international platform to serve its international clientele.

Through the deal, Jason will offer Amicorp the local knowledge through their Monaco office and in turn Jason will have full access to Amicorp’s global network and its knowledge and experience.

Toine Knipping, CEO of Amicorp, said: "Jason will create synergy with Amicorp and together our product and services portfolio will definitely add value to our customers."
