Americana Partners, a Houston-based wealth manager, has acquired Californian RIA Boulevard Family Wealth, which caters to the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) community.
This move marks Americana’s first venture outside of Texas, creating a $12bn platform RIA and broadening its services to investment strategies and wealth planning for billionaires and UHNW families.
The Boulevard team will operate under the Americana brand, maintaining their role as primary advisors and strategic architects for their clients’ financial futures.
They bring a boutique-style personalised service that includes complex investment strategies, institutional lending solutions, tax-advantaged wealth planning, and bespoke insurance strategies.
Clients are said to benefit from Americana’s expanded investment opportunities and resources, alongside Boulevard’s expertise in managing assets over $100m.
Boulevard Family Wealth founder Matt Celenza said: “Our alignment with Americana Partners represents a pivotal moment for Boulevard and the UHNW families we serve.
“By joining forces, we are creating the ideal firm for Southern California’s wealthiest families—one that offers unparalleled expertise, bespoke financial solutions, and a level of holistic advice that sets a new industry standard.”
Piper Sandler was the exclusive investment banker for Americana Partners in this transaction.
Americana Partners CEO and partner Jason Fertitta said: “This is an important milestone for our firm, and it further establishes our commitment to enhancing the level of service and resources available to the most successful entrepreneurs, executives and business owners.
“We chose to acquire Boulevard because of their unmatched expertise in complex wealth strategies, key talent and leadership team, and innovative approach to wealth and estate planning.”
Americana Partners, established in 2019 with offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and the Permian Basin, recently added a division to serve Latin American clients.
The firm now oversees more than $10bn and offers comprehensive wealth advisory and family office services to high-net-worth and UHNW clients across the US.
In October 2024, Americana Partners secured an investment from funds managed by private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners.
