Amana Asset Management has established Corporate Real Estate Services Unit to meet the real estate needs of its corporate clients.

The new unit will cater to the real estate needs of corporates, institutions and expats and help them secure, manage and liquidate real estate assets in the medium to long term, reports Colombo Gazette.

Ahmed Abrar, the company’s assistant manager – real estate, said that real estate calls for continuous focus and can be time consuming, and through this unit clients will be able to enjoy the benefits of their investment.

"Similar to the known key account management model, clients will be allocated personnel who would be a single point of contact and reference in managing their real estate assets," stated Abrar.

A fully owned subsidiary of Amana Holdings, Amana Asset Management mainly builds assets for investment and structured financing.
