Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has expanded its offerings with the establishment of A&M Private Wealth Partners (AMPWP), a registered investment advisor (RIA) to serve ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Functioning as an independent affiliate of Alvarez & Marsal, AMPWP will offer family office services, investment advice, and wealth planning to entrepreneurs, multi-generational families, and financial sponsor principals.
AMPWP, with a founding team of 20 members, including seven partners, is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, and will also operate from New York City, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.
Peter Sacripanti, former chairman of the McDermott Will & Emery law firm, chairs the new entity.
Sacripanti said: “”With a fiduciary-first mindset, our emphasis is on delivering personalised and integrated financial strategies that address the unique complexities of our clients’ lives.

Takuya (Taki) Kisaka will lead the fixed income team, and John Ralls will spearhead business development. Senior advisor Joseph Berardino, former CEO of Andersen Worldwide, will ensure clients have access to A&M’s resources.
In February this year, A&M formed a partnership with Pactio, a platform providing digital architecture for private capital, catering to investors, lawyers, tax advisers, and fund administrators.
