Alter Domus, a Luxembourg-based fund services provider, has bolstered its UK team with new appointments.
The company has appointed Spencer Wells to lead its UK office. Wells will be responsible for strengthening the UK business as well as expanding its clientele in the region.
Commenting on the move, Wells said: “The UK market is a key market for us and we are committed to developing an integrated platform for both local and international clients across multiple jurisdictions. I am excited about driving the business forward!”

Furthermore the firm was granted a UK depositary licence in July 2014 by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and we are able to provide full depositary services to private equity and real estate clients, including those investing in infrastructure and debt.”
Alter Domus also appointed Matthew Molton, previously director of M&G Real Estate, as head of operations in the UK.
Meanwhile, Karan Dutta has been promoted to the role of the firm’s director. Dutta has more than ten years of experience in transfer pricing.
